Griffiths: 2 (not 2.6), 3, 4 (not 4.5), 5, 6 (not 6.7), 7 (not 7.4.3), 8, 11 (not 11.5)+ the notes: Time evolution of states in quantum mechanics, Symmetry and degeneracy (not the section on time-reversal).
