The final exam tuesday 3rd and friday 4th of December will be oral. It seems (so far) like it will be possible to have a regular examination in the dep. of Physics, but we will also arrange zoom-metings for those of you who prefer a videoexamination. 

75% of the questions will come from lecture 9-16, while 25% of the questions will come from lecture 1-8. The mid-term exam will count for appx 40% of the final grade, but we see the two together.

I am sorry to inform you that the site-visit to Rikshospitalet has been cancelled due to the new and strict pandemic regulations at the hospital. 

The mid-term exam results are now ready, if you want to know your grade, please send an e-mail to: havard.kalvoy@gmail.com with your candidatenumber, and he will return your grade.

Don't get too disappointed if you didn't reach your goal, you'll get a great chance to improve when we come to the final exam! :-)

I am sorry, but something went wrong with the OBS-application from lecture 11, so there is no sound in the file. I will see if I can find time to re-take the lecture, but I cannot promise anything. It will be in November some time if possible, too much to do right now.

Please note that chapter 5.1. - 5.4 is included in the curriculum in Lecture 1. They were missing from the original time schedule, for some reason.

In the lecture, I said it was a lecture on monday. That is wrong, follow the time schedule on the homepage, there are no lectures in week 35!

I'm sorry but UIO has some technical problems with the AV-apps, so my first lecture was lost in cyberspace. I hope to fix this problem for the next lectures to come.
