Welcome to FYS4340/9340!

The first lecture will be held in Kristian Birkeland¡¯s auditorium, on the 24^th of august. I will here give general information on the course. Please note, much of the following teaching will take place in ¡°Å·ÖÞ±­ÔÚÏßÂòÇò_Å·ÖÞ±­Í¶×¢ÍøÕ¾ÍƼö@sparken¡±; more information on this will be given during the first lecture. Before we meet, I suggest contemplating what you want to gain from this course: e.g., knowledge of TEM would prove quite useful if you plan on learning how to operate the TEM and/ or regularly analyse TEM data.
