Purpose
You will learn how to set up a complete gamma-spectroscopy system and tune it for maximum performance under different conditions.
Required Knowledge
This module assumes you have followed KJM3900 - Radiochemistry and Radioactivity - or have similar knowledge.
Requirement for Passing this Module
To get credit for this module you have to participate in four obligatory exercise days, you have perform the requried analyzing tasks, and write up a report. In addition, you are required to write a detailed laboratory journal during the course. The journal must be submitted together with the report. The report and journal must be approved by the supervisor in order to get credit for the course.
