As there will be no lectures on Friday Aug. 22., this would be a very good opportunity to take, or re-take the safety course offered by the Chemistry Department.

The safety course will take place Friday 22/8 9-11 in V114 followed by a fire extinguishing excercise at 11. This is an important course, which is necessary for all students and employees. In addition it is a good opportunity to actually get some hands-on experience with real fire extinguishers.
