There are two goals of learning:
- Practice in systemizing and presenting your mathematical knowledge.
- Practice in Tex.
ASSIGNMENT: Choose a theorem you find especially important and interesting. Explain why, and give the mathematical background, proof, and applications of the theorem.
The assignment should be written in LaTex, 11pt. and A4, and must contain references.
The assignment should be 2-3 pages long.

The students will present the assigments in class. I will announce who goes when. Presentations should last between 5 and 8 minutes. Please practice so you can stay within the time limit. You can choose your form of presentation, i.e., blackboard or beamer.
