[COMPLETE] Maintenance on Fox filesystem

Metadata from the Fox filesystem are being migrated to flash disk, which will improve its performance upon completion.

The file system can still be used, but be aware that the migration will most likely induce some tardiness during the process, which is expected to complete within a couple of days.
