Unveiling the Nature of Gravity with Galaxy Clusters

The project consists in investigating the non-linear structure formation within the framework of dark energy, dark matter and modified gravity theories using N-body and hydrodynamic numerical simulations.

In particular, it includes designing, performing and analyzing simulations to confront with multi-wavelength observations of galaxies and clusters, and to investigate the degeneracies between small scale baryonic physics and models of dark energy, dark matter and modified gravity.
