Inclusivity Statement

Our goal is to create an inclusive and respectful work environment that invites participation from people of all ethnicities, countries of origin, gender identities and expressions, sexual orientations, physical appearances, ages, physical abilities, economic backgrounds, scholarly or professional backgrounds, employment status, religions and beliefs of faith, and other differences.

Code of Conduct

RITMO's code of conduct can be summarized in six dimensions:

Friendliness Friendliness: we are happy to share our knowledge and expertise with each other

Diversity

Diversity: we acknowledge and respect that we have colleagues with different characteristics and backgrounds

Ethics symbol Ethics: we adhere to high ethical standards in our research activities and our daily lives

The policy extends equally to all RITMO staff and students, as well as guests and visitors.
