Student presentations on Obligatorisk oppgave 3 will take place 0915 Tuesday the 29th of November in Store Fysiske Auditorium. Program

The exam will take place Thursday and Friday, 8th and 9th of December. Please check your time at the board by the elevator at the ground floor in the physics building.

Tirsdag 15/11 blir det mikro-optikk fra 0915. Pga sykdom blir resten av den planlagte forelesningen om fluider flyttet til neste tirsdag.

Updated third compulsary exercise with TIMETABLE for use of the Coventorware licenses under exercises. Also - Jostein Ekre's solution of the first exercise - beam accelerometer.

The lecture in week 44 on "ASIC for MEMS" will be held on THURSDAY the 3rd of November 1015-1200 in the MiNaLab building. Use the western/upper entrance. John Raaum from Nordic Semiconductor ASA is the guest lecturer on "ASIC for MEMS".

Two compulsary exercises are put under "exercises". The first one must be e-mailed to liv.furuberg@sintef.no before October 14th, the second before October 21st.

Exercise for Tuesday the 13th of September: Chapter 3, exercise 3.4 on wet-etch of silicon.

Tuesday the 6th of September: Guided tour of the SINTEF MiNaLab laboratory. Address: Gaustadalleen 23. Situated in Gaustadbekkdalen, three meters from the IFI building. NB this is not the main office of SINTEF Oslo. Meet at the westwards, upper entrance facing a low, blue building. Be there no later than 0915. If problems to get in, call Peter ?stb? at mobile 415 47942.
