I have compiled a booklet with solutions to the exercises that were treated on the exercise sessions over the past couple of years. Note that some of the references do not yet match the current version of the book. Thanks go to Christian Schulz for many early solutions to the exercises.

There has been some confusion regarding compulsory problem 4. You're expected to send in, by e-mail, the program of Exercise 5.8. In a separate document, you should explain what your code does and present the results of Exercise 5.9.

Either turn in your solution at the exercise session, or e-mail a single PDF file (so not one for each page) to georgmu@math.uio.no, which should include the tag "[numlinalg]" in the title field.
