A short description and suggestions for topics for the project is now available.

I have posted two papers on semiconducting nanocrystals on the web-page. The lecture(s) on Thursday (9/3) will be glass ceramics, colours continued and semiconducting nanocrystals

You should choose the topic for your project report. An approved project report is required in order to take the exam. The project report should be handed in no later than May 2.

The report should be written by one or two persons.

Please send me an E-mail with a suggestion of a topic. I will post a number of suggested topics.

Thursday February 23. we will look at problem 1 in O'Keeffe. Then we will continue the lecture on glasses.

The lecture on Monday (13/2) will be on inorganic composites. The topic is covered by West and also by Tilley.

The excercise for calculating bond strength and bond valence for zeolite Li-A(BW) is on the webpage. In addition we will look at problem 3 in O'Keefe on Thursday 16/2

The notes for the course are now available at the bookstore, Akademika.

The lectures on Mondays have been moved to 14:15 - 16:00 in Aud. 3
