Access card
If you have lost your access card, you must contact the Security Operation Centre to deactivate the old card. To obtain a new card, you must contact SiO Customer Centre (sio.no).
The Security Operation Centre is located in Kristine Bonnevies hus in Blindernveien 31. The entrance is from Moltke Moes vei.
Valuables
If you have enquired in the vicinity of where you lost your item without being able to find it, you can contact the Estate Department.
Valuables found on university premises should be handed in to the Security Operation Centre. Examples of valuables are wallets, phones, laptops and access cards.
Bicycles and scooters
The Estate Department will remove incorrectly parked, abandoned and visibly damaged bicycles scooters. They will be relocated to the nearest bicycle parking area with their respective locks or handed over to Landscape Services, who will store them for three months. Bike locks locked to bicycle racks without bikes will be removed. Please contact the Estate Department if you have any questions about the collection of bikes.
