What to Expect:
This CuttingEdgeAI event will feature leading experts in the fields of AI and meteorology from the Bjerknes Centre for Climate Research and the Meteorological Institute of Norway, and more. The first part will provide a comprehensive understanding of the intersection between meteorology and AI technology, highlighting their combined potential to enhance our predictive capabilities.
Showcase of Innovation:
We will showcase state-of-the-art weather forecasting models, including GraphCast by Google DeepMind and the new “21-dagersvarselet” form YR that is based on three different weather forecasting models, MEPS, EC medium range, and EC extended range.
