The HR section develops and formulates UiO's internal regulations and agreements within personnel issues and safeguards UiO's payroll and personnel policy. We assist UiO's units with advice in individual cases within the personnel area, collective cases, management support, assistance in reported cases of censurable conditions, and the like. The HR section develops and holds courses in our subject areas.

In the HR section, there are three professional teams that assist the units within HR support and recruitment, competence development, organisational development and management, as well as policy and law.
