Project and Process Improvement Office
The Project and Process Improvement Office manages or helps to improve processes in the areas that come under the Department of Administrative Support and the Department of Personnel Support.
The office provides support, training and advice on budgeting and financial reporting, and is responsible for implementing external requirements, terms and policy for the financial management of the units.
