Action plan for the use of OHSU

The Occupational Health Service Unit (OHSU) prepares annual action plans for assistance in collaboration with the faculties/museums.

Content of the action plan

The plan provides an overview of HSE activities for the current year where assistance is requested from OHSU, with a time estimate and responsible and contact persons both at OHSU and at the local unit.

The contact person's tasks

  1. Tasks in connection with the annual action plan
    • Attend meetings with faculty/museum/center
    • Check out assignments that are in the action plan
    • If necessary, adjust schedules and activities throughout the year
  2. Other tasks
    • Be in contact the unit's contact person
    • Attend at least two LAMU meetings and any other HSE forums/committees
    • Have overall responsibility for reporting on the action plan
    • Have an evaluation of delivered services and collaboration
    • Assist/advise especially in connection with systematic HSE work (risk assessment, safety rounds, etc.)
    • Coordinate internal resources at OHSU in relation to the assignments
