Employees at UiO do occasionally get threats in connection to their work at the university. This applies to researchers, frontline workers and others. UiO takes all such threats very seriously.
These pages aim to guide employees and their immediate line managers through a threat situation. They include information on UiO’s procedures for threat management and what kinds of help and support are available in these situations.
Reporting a threat
If you receive a threat, you must immediately notify the Unit for HSE and emergency preparedness at sikkerhet@admin.uio.no or by phone 22 85 66 66 (Security Operation Center).
