Step 1: Submit the Self Declaration: Health, safety and environment
Self declaration HSE (online form)
Before you are granted access to the IBV areas, this form has to be filled out and submitted. If you have not submitted the form prior to arrival, please do so on your first day. You are expected to familiarize yourself with the department's procedures for health, safety and environment topics (see links in the online form).
Step 2: Send us information about yourself
Information from you (online form)
In this online form we ask you to submit key information about yourself, including a short text about yourself/your background. We also ask you to upload a portrait photo of yourself. You can start on the form, save it, and continue later.
Based on the information you provide we will make an entry on our New Faces webpage, and establish your personal profile page at our People webpage.
Step 3: Read the information from IBV

At that page you will find general information tailored for you as newly employed or long term guest at the Department of Biosciences.
Step 4: Submit a confirmation that you have familiarized yourself with the relevant information
Sign the document to confirm that you have gone through step 1, 2, and 3 (above). Return the signed signed document to the Head of Office ?shild Maria Eftev?g. Office 1234, Kristine Bonnevies hus, or E-mail: a.m.eftevag@ibv.uio.no. You can also open the confirmation template as a Word-document.
