Sideline Jobs and Owner Interests Board

The Sideline Jobs and Owner Interests Board is  appointed by the University Board and deals with complaints about refusal of sideline jobs and owner interests. The Board's members are appointed for 3 years at a time.

Responsibility

UiO's Regulations for sideline jobs and owner interests apply to employees at UiO. Refusal to undertake or continue with a sideline job/owner interest may be appealed to the Sideline Jobs and Owner Interests Board. The right of appeal is laid down in the Regulations for sideline jobs and owner interests at UiO, Chapter 16.

  • Chair: Ingeborg Moen Borgerud, Lawyer and Partner, Arntzen de Besche
  • Representative appointed by the University Director:
    Mette Groseth Langballe, Senior Adviser at the Faculty of Medicine
  • Representative appointed by the trade union representatives:
    Morten Enersen, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Dentistry

Meetings

The Sideline Jobs and Owner Interests Board does not have regular meetings, but handles cases when needed.
