  • Thank you for the good National Meeting of Deans in Troms?, for interesting speeches and good discussions with colleagues, politicians and representatives from many organisations. New study places for medicine, decentralised teaching at all places of study, internships, sustainability (great presentation by Eivind Engebretsen), career tools, the eye of the needle for an LIS1 position and research - both in the primary health service and the importance of basic research - were among important topics that were extensively discussed. Our large delegation from MED - including our fantastic student representatives - look forward to the continuation!

    Thank you for the good National Meeting of Deans in Troms?, for interesting speeches and good discussions with colleagues, politicians and representatives from many organisations. New study places for medicine, decentralised teaching at all places of study, internships, sustainability (great presentation by Eivind Engebretsen), career tools, the eye of the needle for an LIS1 position and research - both in the primary health service and the importance of basic research - were among important topics that were extensively discussed.   • At this time of the year, staff from the entire faculty are gathering for their summer parties. The faculty administration had their summer party a little while ago, which was arranged by enthusiastic employees from the welfare committee, here represented by senior advisers Aleksandra Weder Sawicka and Hanne Bjerknes who welcomed the guests to our party. Many thanks to all of you who make an extra effort to create a good working environment by arranging a lovely summer party for the rest of us.
