Academic employees who are appointed in positions such as Fellows, Postdoctoral Fellow, Professor II and in research and teaching positions with an end date can stand for election. The proposed candidates must be employed in at least 50 percent position (does not apply for Professor II) and have an employment contract covering the entire period of 2022.
Proposals for candidates can be submitted by e-mail to the secretary of the Election Board, Jarle Nygard at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences by 30 November at 12:00.
Candidate proposals must be signed by at least as many people as the number of candidates in the proposal. For each candidate, a presentation of up to one A4 page must be included.
The election period is 2 December to 9 December, and will be held electronically.
