I would like to thank everyone who teaches and make us an internationally leading educational institution in the fields of science and technology.

I would like to thank everyone who are working in our laboratories, doing field work, and are responsible for our advanced research infrastructures, so that we together can deliver research and education at a high international level and pass on vital knowledge to our society.

I would like to thank everyone who ensure that administrative tasks are carried out exemplary so that we together can deliver research and education at a high international level and continue our mission of providing important knowledge to our society.

I would like to thank everyone who, in one way or another, keep the systems running, those who keep it clean in our premises, in short the great teams at Blindern and at Kjeller. Together we are ensuring our social responsibilities.

I would like to thank all the students who have studied and are studying at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences and especially all the students who in different ways create a good student environment and contribute to the development of the faculty.

I would also like to thank our partners nationally and internationally, in academia, in research foundations, as well as in private and public sector.

Looking back on my years as Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, I am proud of what we have accomplished together.

Dear colleagues, you have taught me a lot that I will take with me as I move on the next chapter of my life, both privately and professionally at the University of Oslo.

Thank you all!
