Applications for the upcoming international IUHPST conference (Buenos Aires, July 24th to 29th 2023) are now open (deadline Dec, 15th)

The next international IUHPST conference will take place in Buenos Aires, Argentina, between July, 24th and 29th 2023, under the theme "Sciences & Values in an Uncertain World" (deadline for sending abstract proposals: December, 15th). It is possible to apply for funding of travel expenses via Forum for vitenskapsteori / the Colloquium Series for Science Studies. The Forum for vitenskapsteori is the Norwegian contact point for the IUHPST

Since 2022, The Forum for vitenskapsteori / Colloquium Series for Science Studies is the Norwegian contact point for the International Union of History and Philosophy of Science and Technology (IUHPST).

The IUHPST represents the following research fields: Philosophy of science and technology, history of science and technology and logic. Its aim is to strengthen contact between these disciplines and the institutions that home them.
