Adding functionality through plugins

Can you install a Mattermost plugin? In all likelyhood the answer here is "no". Plugins are very powerful and have unrestricted access to Mattermost; they are not limited to a channel or team.

If you think a Mattermost plugin may be useful nonetheless, feel free to contact us. If the plugin provides enough value for Mattermost community at UiO and there are no security concerns, we may consider it.

  • Mattermost Boards: KANBAN board solution for Mattermost, standalone or connected to a channel.
  • Matterpoll: A simple poll solution that can be used in channels and direct chats.
  • Playbooks: Use Playbooks to create and manage pre-built, configurable checklists that define a repeatable process for teams to achieve specific and predictable outcomes.
  • Todo: A simple todo app, where you can add tasks for yourself or send a task to one of your colleagues.
