The first time you log in with a WebID user in the new WebID service, you will be asked to set up two-factor authentication. To do this, follow the steps below:
- Go to the new WebID-service (will be opened in a new tab).
- Log in to your account by typing in the email address you registered the account with and your password.
- You will be taken to a page that asks you to set up a mobile authenticator. Follow the steps provided on the page. You may choose to use Google Authenticator, FreeOTP or Microsoft Authenticator.
- After you have entered the one-time code in the screenshot above and pressed "Submit", you will be redirected to the "Personal info" page. You are now logged in with your WebID user.
- The next time you log in with your WebID user, you will be asked to provide a one-time code. You will find this code in your mobile authenticator app. If you have configured more than one two-factor in the same app, make sure to use the one-time code corresponding to WebID.
