Are you not found by the UiO web search?
Students need to actively sanction sharing of personal information by making a selection in Studentweb.
Student – Need to correct an error in your personal information?
Contact Knutepunktet. If your name has changed you need to bring valid ID with your new name, or a marriage/partnership certificate.
Student – Need to correct an error in your user name or e-mail address?
Contact your local IT staff.
Faculty/staff
Are you not found by the UiO web search?
The UiO web search will not be able to find you before you have received your first salary. If you have received your first salary and still can't be found by the UiO web search, you'll need to contact lonn-hjelp@admin.uio.no.

Faculty/staff – Need to correct your name or contact information (not e-mail address)?
Send an e-mail to lonn-hjelp@admin.uio.no. If your name has changed you need to present a valid ID with your new name, or a marriage/partnership certificate.
Unit
If there are errors in the information found for a unit, lonn-hjelp@admin.uio.no should be contacted. The request should be sent from the local administrative unit.
