Information about digital diploma

The dean at the Faculty of Medicine has decided that diplomas and diploma supplements (DS) for bachelor's, master's, professional studies will only be given digitally from the spring of 2023.

Students who do not have a Norwegian birth number or d-number will be issued Diploma and DS on paper when their degree has been achieved. 

Students who request diplomas and diploma supplements on paper and meet the criteria set by UiO centrally will be issued on paper. The request are collected, and the actual printing/signing is thus done in "sequences" at regular intervals.
