Student evaluation: We would like to remind all students in NORINT0500 autumn 2010 about the Student evaluation form which you will find on the semester website. It would be much appreciated if you could spare a few minutes and fill out the questionnaire. You can send it as an attachment to m.r.mcghie@iln.uio.no or hand it in at the Front Office, ground floor of Henrik Wergelands hus. We would appreciate receiving your forms no later than December 15.

Concerning your assignment: Unless you have received personal communication to the contrary, we are happy to inform you that your mandatory assignment has now been approved!

The last lecture of the semester is in the form of a guided tour of the National Gallery in down-town Oslo (directly behind the old university buildings). This will take place on Thursday, November 25. Please meet at the National Gallery at the usual time, 16:15.

You are hereby reminded that there is no lecture in NORINT0500 today, Monday, October 25. This is to give you more time to work on your mandatory assignment.

Your paper must be handed in at the Front Office by Monday, November 1 at 3:00 p.m.

A Student evaluation form has now been added to this semester's website. We would be very grateful if you would answer these questions and turn your evaluation in at the end of the semester.

Contrary to what the sheet LECTURE SERIES says, the lecture on September 20 will be on Religion in Norway, while the one on September 27 will be on The political system in Norway.

Under "Undervisning. Tid og sted" (Teaching. Time and place), you will find that it says there are lectures on Mondays and Wednesdays. This should have been written differently. There is only one Wednesday lecture this semester, namely on November 3. All the other lectures take place on Mondays (see Lecture series). We're sorry about the confusion.

Room change: The lectures in NORINT0500 Norwegian Life and Society will take place in Auditorium 1, Sophus Bugges hus.
