We would like to remind you that the last lecture of the semester will be given on Monday, May 7 (same time, same place). This is the lecture on Religion in Norway, which had to be cancelled early in the semester because of illness.

To everyone who handed in the mandatory assignment within the deadline:

Unless you have received personal communication to the contrary, your mandatory assignment has now been approved and you have qualified to sit for the final exam.

We would like to remind you that the deadline for handing in your mandatory assignments is Monday, March 19 at 15:00 (3:00 p.m.). You will need to hand in two (2) copies of your papers plus one (1) copy of the Obligatory statement concerning academic honesty. These must be handed in at the Front Office (Ekspedisjonskontoret) on the ground floor of Henrik Wergelands hus; this office is located in the same little corridor as the language labs.

It has been brought to our attention that there are discrepancies between the semester plan found in the web calendar on the new uio course web and that found on the NORINT0500 semester website. Unfortunately, there have been some problems with the new uio course web. Therefore, you should check the information on the page that you are now on (just to the left of this message). Under General information, you'll find Lecture series, which is the correct list of lectures and dates. You were also given a paper copy of this during the first day of lectures. April 2 and 9 both fall within the Norwegian Easter holidays, and all schools and universities will be closed. April 16, on the other hand, is a regular school day.
