Course Outline updated 10 March

Dear students,

As mentioned at a previous lecture, the order of lectures in April has been changed, with the lectures on environment/climate change and civil and political rights swapping dates, and the issue of trade swapping with urbanisation (meaning land rights and trade are treated together on April 3^rd, while urbanisation moves to the final lecture alongside migration).

The readings have now been updated to reflect this change, and a new course outline is available on the course¡¯s webpage.
