If you did not attend the question hour on exams and auxiliary material November 10th, you may collect the leaflet at the Information Centre. The information in the leaflet is also available online. Question hour!

An information meeting on auxiliary materials and other practical issues regarding exams will be held Thursday November 10th 9:15-11:00 in Auditorium 4, DA. During the second half of the meeting student advisors will be present to answer questions from students individually. The auxiliary material regulations are available here

The 11th of November lecture has been expanded in order to give you one additional hour with lecturer Odd Isungset. The lecture will start 9:15 and last until 12:00, in auditorium 6.

Orientation about the 4hour exam

An introductory course in answering exam questions will be held by Prof. Ola Mestad September 23, 12:15-14:00, Aud 4, DA. A booklet with examples of previous exam papers will be distributed at the meeting. All examination papers, a mix of papers given in Norwegian and English, are also available at http://www.jus.uio.no/studier/eksamen/tidligere-eksamen/master/

Due to difficulties with Fronter teaching material for the lecture on Friday is also available on this page. You should prepare for lecture 3 on 16 September by reading the "required readings" and the following cases: 1. Lovelace v. Canada, 2. Chief Bernard Ominayak and the Lubicon Lake Band v. Canada, 3.Ng v Canada. You should also consult the course outline for selected documents. Please bring handout containing the two UN Covenants to the lecture on Friday.

Friday 16th of September Maria will offer one extra hour of lecture in addition to the schedueled lecture. The lecture will be 10:15-13:00.

Students should read the two cases Lubicon Lake Band v. Canada and Namibia - ICJ Advisory Opinion and the indicated (see course outline) selected materials for the lecture on Thursday 8 September.
