Obligatory projects

Two projects must be submitted by each student.

1. The first obligatory project is about using FDM for solving a 2D wave equation. The submission deadline is Sunday, October 4, at 23:59. Each student should submit a single tar-ball (*.tar) or zipped file (*.zip), containing the source code and the report, as well as a short README file. The submission should be done via UiO's Devilry system.
2. The second obligatory project is about using FEM (P2 elements) to solve a 1D Poisson equation. The submission deadline is Sunday, November 15, at 23:59. Each student should submit a single tar-ball (*.tar) or zipped file (*.zip), containing the source code and the report, as well as a short README file. The submission should be done via UiO's Devilry system. (Please note that the submission deadline is firm, no extension will be given.)
