As mentioned in this weeks lecture, you can prepare for the first assignment and lab sessions next week by getting node.js up and running.

There was a question about which version of node (current or LTS) to use, and you should use the current version (8.4.0) which has better support for the new javascript features in ECMAScript 2015 (ES6).

Some pointers to tutorials on git have been shared on piazza, please sign up there!

The first lecture in INF5750 this semester is this week, Wednesday 23 August.

The lab/group sessions start next week (Tuesday 29 August for Group 1).

We will use Piazza for discussions and questions related to the course, such as assignment and group projects.

Piazza allows both fellow students, group teachers and lecturers to respond to questions, and we encourage everyone to participate and help each other.
