I have now graded the assignments. They were all approved. You can find your assigment in the shelves on the 7th floor in the math building. Please check in studentweb that you are correctly registered.

A sentence was missing in problem 279. The fault has

been corrected.

The mandatory assigment is due November 6th. 50% correct answers are required to pass.

I will make a precise list of the material we cover in Forsters book later. To get a general idea, look up the course webpage from 2011.

I will be away on monday 30/9, so there will be no class that day.

We will cover material from the handwritten notes,course notes, Narasimhans and Forsters books. The students should get hold of Forsters book, but not necessarily the Narasimhan book, since much of the material will be in the handwritten and course notes. The lectures will mainly follow the handwritten notes.
