Oral exam date is 10 December 2018. Each student will be asked in about 30 - 40 minutes about their understanding of the content of the course, in particular applications in specific examples. The precise time slot for each eligible student will be sent to the student later.

Welcome to the class.  

This semester we will mainly use the book "Lectures on Riemann surfaces" by Otto Forster. At the beginning of the course, there will be a couple of lessons to review about complex analysis on the complex plane. You may find the notes from the previous semesters helpful. 

This course has some overlapping in content with the course MAT4510 Geometric structures. You are encouraged to take simultaneously that course if possible.
