Feel free to contact me if you have questions. 

I will arrange an extra meeting on Monday 23 November, from 14:00 - 16:00, in the room 723 (usual class room), to help summarise the course content and answer questions before the final exam. This meeting is not obliged for you. 

We will have oral exam, each student will have about 20-25 minutes for presenting and answering questions.

The intended date for the final exam is 7 December 2020.

If you have legit reasons for preferring a special time in the day, then please send to my email for discussing, latest 1 November 2020. 

The date for midterm assignment is: 29 October 2020 (Thursday). If needed, we may also use 26 October 2020 (Monday) in addition. 

If you need to pass midterm assignment in order to be eligible for the final exam, then please email me latest by 15 September, to get instructions on what to do.   

We will use the book Forster "Lectures on Riemann surfaces". The plan is to cover as much of Chapters 1 and 2 as possible. 

There is a lecture note (big file) of the course last year. Interested students should email me to get a copy (the size is quite big). Please use the notes with caution.

There will be a midterm assignment. You need to be approved of it in order to be eligible to participate in the final exam. Details will be posted later.
