    • Week 47 (11/21-11/25): Discussed  final STK3100/STK4100-f15 and part of final STK3100/STK4100-f14 . This was the last lecture in STK3100/STK4100-f16.
    • Week 46 (11/14-11/18):  Covered Chapter 8, sections 8.1 and 8.2  in deJ&H on gamma and inverse Gaussian response. R-code, R-code
    • Week 45 (11/07-11/11): Sections 13.1, 13.2.1, 13.2.1.1, 13.2.3 and 13.3  in chapter 13 in Zuur et al: Mixed Effects Models and Extensions in Ecology with R was covered. Available as electronic book. R-code, R-code.
    • Week 44 (10/31-11/4): Sections 5.7- 5.9 of chapter 5, section 6.1 in chapter 6 in Zuur et al: Mixed Effects Models and Extensions in Ecology with R were covered. Available as electronic book. R-code.
    • Week 43 (10/24-10/28): Sections 5.5 and - 5.6 of chapter 5 mixed effects modelling for nested data, in Zuur et al: Mixed Effects Models and Extensions in Ecology with R were covered. Available as electronic book. R_code.
    • Week 42 (10/17-10/21): Finished sections 7.8 and 7.9  in chapter 7 on categorical data, relevant R-code. Then started on the part of the course  which is about  generalized linear mixed models First relevant parts of chapter 9, section 9.1, on correlated data in deJong and Heller. Then sections 5.1-4 in chapter 5, mixed effects modelling for nested data, in Zuur et al: Mixed Effects Models and Extensions in Ecology with R.   Available as electronic book
    • Week 41 (10/10-10/14): Sections 7.3-7.7.
    • Week 40 (10/3-10/7): Finished chapter 6.  Then sections 7.1-7.5 in chapter 7 on categorical data. R-code, R-code.
    • Week 39 (9/26-9/30): Continued on chapter 6 until example on Swedish mortality on page 91.R-code, R-code, R-code.
    • Week 38 ( 9/19-9/23): Rest of section 5.8 in deJ&H, R-code, sections 5.9 and 5.10. Then beginning of section 6.1 on Poisson regression.
    • Week 37 ( 9/12-9/16): Rest of sections 5.5, sections 5.6 and 5.7 and the beginning of section 5.8 in deJ&H.
    • Week 36 ( 9/5-9/9): Sections 5.3 and 5.4 plus most of section 5.5. R-code is here and here.
    • Week 35 ( 8/29-9/3): Chapter 3 in deJ&H on exponential families and beginning of Chapter 5.
    • Week 34 ( 8/22-8/26): There  will be an overview (slides) of the course Monday August 22th. There will be no exercise section Friday 26th but a survey or repetition of the material on linear models in chapter 4 in de Jong and Heller (dj&H).
