The Norwegian lecture notes labeled "Forelesningsnotat" are private notes written in a kind of pidgin TeX. I don't intend to convert them to properly typeset mathematics, for lack of time. If you find them useful, feel free to read them, if not, please ignore them and use the textbook instead.
