STK2000 – Some central models and methods in statistic

Course content

Generalized linear models including logistic regression, Poisson regression and overdispersion models. Longitudinal data and time series. Survivel and event history analysis. Analysis of dependent data. Classification methods.

Learning outcome

The course gives background for performing more complex statistical analysis.

Admission

Students who are admitted to study programmes at UiO must each semester register which courses and exams they wish to sign up for in Studentweb.

If you are not already enrolled as a student at UiO, please see our information about admission requirements and procedures.

Prerequisites
