Reviewing your exam paper and the assessment guidelines
Once the results of your exam have been published you are given the opportunity to review your answer paper, the exam questions and the assessment guidelines. The review can take place on either 28.06. or 05.07.22.
Place: Meeting room Fortunsdalen, ground floor, Sogn Arena (Klaus Torg?rds vei 3)
Time: Between 09.00 – 11.30 or 12.30 – 15.00

At Ahus (groups 1-10) all records have been finally approved.
For students in groups 11-28 all records have been approved, but some need to be collected. The teachers at Ullev?l have the following message:
Hi!
We would like to say we are really impressed with you all. You are one of the first student groups (kull) who have got all the admissions in on time!!! Hurrah!
The remaining 50 admissions are now all corrected and approved. We would like you to read our brilliant (?) comments before you sit for your exams. You need to pick them up before your exam date for final approval.
p.s good luck and all the best on your exam! Remember, our goal is for you to do your best and show us all you have learnt. We are not out to get you.
...OSCE-exam for Modul 6 the 14th of June 2022:
Information about meeting point and time schedule.
A registration desk will be set up in front of the entrance to the seminar rooms. You need to bring a picture ID (student card, passport, bank card with photo, driver license). Line up to register and have your ID ready. You will then receive a white coat and a candidate number to pin on your coat.
All candidates will leave their personal belongings (including your wristwatch) behind in the seminar rooms. You may bring food, beverages and something to read (carry this in your hands, bags/purses aren’t allowed). After a short information session, you will be guided into the closed area where the examination takes place.
Group 1 and 4 will have to wait ca 1 h 15min after the examination before you can leave.
Group 3 will have to wait ca 30 min after the examination before you can leave.
The rest of the groups may have to wait 5-10 min...
Dear students,
Please find enclosed 4 cases (2 gyn- and 2 obst). Reading these and the "helsekort" beforehand will enable you to reflect on which questions you want answered and give you more time to discuss and practice during the course.
Your teachers encourage you to prepare, it will greatly enhance the outcome of the course.
The summary course is a continuation of the intro course and if you have the time you could revise by looking through the films from the intro course and e-learning.

Some teachers in Gyn/obst and Paediatrics will meet students for a Q&A before the exams. The meetings will show in your time schedules as soon as they are booked.

This lecture had to be moved. New time is 21. April at 14.00.
Society is returning to normal – and this will of course also affect teaching. As of week 9, from February 28th, we will no longer use digital platforms as the only platform for general classes, clinical teaching and some courses. Nevertheless, the infection rate by covid will remain high for some time, and you may not attend classes if you have symptoms, such as respiratory tract infection. For that reason we are organizing so-called hybrid teaching.
Hybrid teaching
Teachers and students will attend classes at the lecture halls and other teaching rooms, as specified in the time table. Given that the hospitals still require use of face masks if you cannot keep a distance of 1 meter, you must wear a mask when teaching is taking place in hospital lecture rooms and you are not able to keep a distance.

For the gyn/obst. course you are asked to meet in the glass corridor outside "Mellometasjen" with your group, where your teacher will come and get you. You can wear your regular clothes. Before the class you are asked to look through the films posted in your time schedules.

Welcome to the introductory course in paediatrics 02. February and 11. February 2022 (please consult your calendar to see when your group is due to attend). The course takes place at “Ferdighetssenteret” at “Rikshospitalet”.
Through this course we aim to give you an overview of how to examine children of different ages and how to write a thorough paediatric medical record. It is a group based course where your group will attend five different stations, 25 minutes each. Most stations are practical workshops where you will be partaking in the activities. The five different stations are as follows:
1) The acutely ill child
2) The examination of a newborn baby
3) The paediatric neurological examination
