Welcome to ECON3120/4120. A few practicalities to notice:

• The first lecture will review the exp and ln functions, and interest rates.
• I have not yet made a lecture plan, as the order of topics might depend on what other courses you do follow. I will poll you first lecture; in particular, I would like to know whether anyone follows ECON4510 Finance Theory.
• Weeks 9 and 15 will have no lectures. It is not yet decided whether these weeks will also be seminar-free.
• I will use this Messages section actively. If you use RSS, I recommend getting feed from here.
