First, solutions to seminar 6 and extended solutions to seminar 5 have been posted.
Second, typos in lecture note 11-12 have been corrected. Most of them were cosmetics, except that on page 8 the correct market price for the ITQ rho should equal the Pigouvian fee tau and not only the shadow value mu as previously written. Also on page 11, I forgot to insert a minus in the RHS of equation (22), this is corrected now.
