PSY2403 – Human-Technology interaction

The course discusses cognitive aspects of man machine interaction like mental workload, decisions in high-risk situations, attention. Behaviour in the control of danger, strain and effects of fatigue on performance will be discussed. The students will be introduced to survey and experimental reseach methods to test and evaluate systems.

Learning outcome

Give the students an introduction to the study of interaction between man and machine. To ensure that the students are familiar with key concepts and resarch and evaluation methods within the field.

Ten two-hour lectures.
