Course content

As you are nearing the end of your master¡¯s, it is time to focus on what lies ahead. When you have a better understanding of what your motivations are, and what type of role you see for yourself, it is now time to see how you can get there. How can you plan for what you don't know, and still have exciting opportunities appear?

In this course you will learn more about how you can use your network, the people around you, to see opportunities and get inspiration and guidance. You will be given concrete tools to build on your existing network and expand it to include the relevant people. In addition, you will gain insight into how you handle coincidences and how you can position yourself for opportunities to appear.

Admission to the course

The course is only available to students associated with a study program at the Faculty of Social Sciences.

Teaching

The teaching consists of a combination of digital e-learning modules in Canvas, and two lectures.

The e-learning in Canvas consists of five modules, containing videos, texts, and short reflection tasks.

Participation in the teaching is not compulsory.

Examination

This course is not creditable, and no exam will be held in this subject.
