Course content

The last semester of your master's degree and the road lies ahead of you. Whether you have a clear plan for the way forward, or are still working on finding direction, this course you will give you the right tools for an easier transition.

In this course, you will gain an understanding of useful job search strategies and how you can identify relevant job opportunities. You will learn more about how you can understand the employer's needs through the job advertisement and how you can respond to this need through your CV, cover letter and interview.

Knowledge

You should have:

• Knowledge of how you can ensure a good transition to your next step, whether it is a job or further education
• Awareness of the possibilities your study program offers
• Knowledge of effective job search strategies
• Knowledge of frequent recruitment strategies such as assessment centre, case recruitment and tests

• Be able to put into words the entirety of your competence and be able to present it in an understandable way
• Be able to analyse the employer's needs through job advertisements
• Be able to convey what you know to the employer through CV and cover letter
• Be able to convince the employer through an interview
