Ordering ICT in research

Below you will find a description of how to proceed to order the service "ICT in research".

Employees at Ahus

  1. First - ask your manager for approval. The approval must be attached to the order (eg copy of e-mail)
  2. Click on the link below and fill out the order form

Employees at OUS

  1. Click on the link below to find the e-mail address of your ICT clinic contact
  2. Send an e-mail to your ICT clinic contact + head of department with the following content (cut out the points and paste them into the message) :
    1. Full name
    2. OUS username
    3. Norwegian ID number
    4. E-mail adress
    5. Mobile number
    6. Sex (M/F)
    7. Department
    8. Cost center
    9. Delivery place (building, floor and room number)
  3. The head of department must confirm the order to the ICT clinic contact

What happens after ordering?

I. A user account from UiO and a laptop from Sykehuspartner will be ordered by the administration.

II. You will be contacted by UiO when the account is created.

III. You will be contacted by Sykehuspartner for delivery of IT equipment when the machine has been installed.
