Learning outcomes

Through this master's programme, you will become a professional mathematician able to analyse, understand and solve advanced problems in finance, insurance and technology. The emphasis is set on an in-depth study of mathematical and information technology methods and how these are used to analyse issues where uncertainty plays a key role.

  • You will learn about statistics and probability theory together with mathematical analysis.
  • You will learn about modelling in the various applications.
  • You will learn about the different risks that challenge our everyday lives.
