For your fourth and last problem you may choose between Problem set 8 - Planetary Waves, and Problem 10 - Storm Surges. The former is recommended for those of you who will specialize in meteorology, while the latter is recommended for those of you who will specialize in oceanography. Nevertheless, you are free to choose.

Please note that the Lecture notes will be continually updated as we proceed. At the moment it is mostly Appendix A (Fortran) that is updated since it is still unfinished.
