Modul 1 NMR
Lab course and evaluation: The student shall master the content of manual named: "1H, 13C, 15N, 19F, 31P - one dimensional NMR spectroscopy" without using the manual when you are tested. The student shall be able to set up, select experiments and implement the use of the automation program ICONNMR with the help of the instructions in the "ICONNMR and BACS sample changer manual". You are supposed to be able to use ICONNMR without the manual if you are tested at the end of the module. The third manual you are supposed to master the content of is: "Processing and plotting of 2D NMR spectra - TOCSY, NOESY and HSQC." You shall also know how to shim a standard sample (optimize the magnetic field).
